Applicant acknowledges they are an active FAC Artists Guild Member. The works submitted must not have been previously shown at the Fallbrook Art Center. All entry fees are non-refundable. All work submitted must be for sale; a 35% sales commission will be retained by FAC. If work is shipped, cost of shipping both ways is the responsibility of the Artist. A $35 handling fee is due for all shipped works. Works will be covered under FAC's Fine Art Policy; substantiation of value is the responsibility of the artist. No refunds for cancellation after acceptance. FAC reserves the right to withhold any work from display that does not meet established standards. We reserve the right to use images submitted and/or photograph work. Artist agrees to report sales proceeds to the proper governmental agencies.
